Here I chat with horse racing legend Donna Brothers. Coming fresh off of the historic derby 152, we chat about the big weekend, her calling it a career in media. For the last 26yrs Donna had been the main media correspondent for nbc sports during the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby. We find out the history her family has with the sport regarding her mother, and so much more. Donna had amassed a career wins total of 1,130 from 1987-1998, and a careers winning of $18 million in purse earnings. She retired as the second-leading female jockey in the U.S. by money earned at that time.
